Placing an Order

When you are done shopping and ready to place your order, click "Check Out". You will have the opportunity at this time to edit items in your shopping cart. During Check Out you will be asked to enter:

Email address
Credit card type, number, expiration date and CVV (security code)
Credit card billing address
Shipping address
Promotional code (if any)

Save Your Shopping Cart / Wish List.
If you would like to save the items in your cart and come back another time, you will need to be a registered Skagen.com Customer. After you are logged-in and you have items in your cart, you can click to save your cart. This shopping cart will be saved for 45 days.

If you would like to create a Wish List to save items you like, click on the product you like and click on Save to My Wish List (you will have to be logged in as a registered Skagen.com Customer to do so). You will be able to view your Wish List and place items into the shopping cart when you are ready to purchase, and you will be able to email your wish list to friends. Wish List items are saved for 45 days.

Changing an Order
Your last chance to change your order is the final stage of the order process. Once you click the “Submit Order” button your order is complete. Should you wish to make a change you will have to contact our Customer Service Team.

Order Confirmation
For registered Skagen.com Customers, you will first receive a confirmation page after your order is approved. You can print this page out as your receipt. You will also be sent an email confirmation which you can use as a receipt. You can also check your order status and tracking information by logging in to My Account at Skagen.com.

For non-registered/anonymous users, you will receive a confirmation page after your order is approved. PLEASE NOTE: This is the ONLY time you will get an order confirmation. Print this page or write down your order number. As an anonymous user you will not receive an email confirmation.

Express Check Out
Register to store your billing and shipping addresses, plus credit card information, for a secure, quick and easy way to shop at Skagen.com.

Cancelling an Order
Orders are transmitted to our shipping warehouse upon receipt. Accordingly, there is no ability to cancel an order once submitted.

Promotional Codes
From time to time Skagen.com will offer special promotions and discounts on products offered online. There will be an area at check out where you can enter a promotional code. Click the “Apply” button to add your discount to your purchase subtotal.
