What types of payment do you accept?
We accept VISA and MasterCard.

How do I make a return/exchange?
Please check our Return Policy for further information.    

Can I return / exchange a Skagen item not purchased at Skagen.com?
For all purchases not made at Skagen.com you must refer to the original place where they were purchased.

When will I receive my credit after I return an item?
Please allow at least 7-10 business days for your credit card to be refunded.If you are interested in an exchange, please call Customer Service at 0121 788 5327 or mail webshop@skagendesigns.co.uk  have your ordernumber ready to discuss.

How do I cancel my order?
Orders are transmitted to our shipping warehouse upon receipt. Accordingly,there is no ability to cancel an order once submitted.

Do you ship website orders outside of the UK, Denmark or Sweden.
No, all website orders are delivered only in the UK, Denmark or Sweden.  

What is the shipping schedule?
All orders submitted through our website will process automatically. Watches in stock are normally shipped within 1-2 days.
Please allow up to 5 days for delivery.

How will my order be shipped?
Your order will ship by/via DPD.

How can I get my watch repaired, or order a replacement part?
For parts and repairs, please contact a local certified dealer, official Skagen Service Center or Concept Store in the UK.  Please contact our customer service to obtain this information.

What type of packaging do the items come in?
Skagen Designs ships our watches in our standard watch box. The only exception to the watches is our Swiss Line which comes in a leather watch box. The jewelery comes in custom-size box depending on the item, and our Sunglasses come in a hard sunglass case with a wipe cloth.

Are all your watches water resistant?
Check the back of your watch for water-resistant rating.  

3 ATM = Can withstand splashes of water while washing hands or in the rain.
5 ATM = Suitable for shallow occasional swimming, but not diving.
10ATM = Suitable for swimming and snorkeling, but should not be used for diving.

What are the smaller hands in the sport watches for?
Day, Date, 24 Hour

How do you adjust the bands?
Skagen soft mesh bands are easily adjustable. Simply insert a small screwdriver or similar tool into the clasp. Lift up the clasp without applying pressure to the thin pin across the clasp and move to desired position. Snap closed securely. Make sure the clasp is set in one ofthe indentations on the back of the band. Link bands are completely adjustable anywhere watches are serviced.  

Do you offer gift wrap?
We do not offer gift wrap at this time.

Can I place an order over the phone?
At this time, for security purposes, Skagen.com is not able to take orders over the phone.
 
Do you send out catalogues?
To request a catalogue please send an email to webshop@skagendesigns.co.uk that contains your name and address.

Do you do engraving on watches?
We do not do engraving on watches at this time..
