Skagen.com returns policy

Thank you for shopping at Skagen.com. We hope you are enjoying your Skagen Denmark product. 

If for some reason your product isn't right, please let us know.
We will accept returns of unworn, incorrect or defective merchandise for up to 30 days from purchase for a full refund or exchange.  

If you wish to make a return or exchange, please follow the steps below.

The Product need to be en good and resell able condition.

All Skagen Denmark products must be returned with a copy of your invoice.

Please note that returns that are not returned in fully resalable condition Skagen Designs will reserve the right to deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount.

Please allow at least 7-10 business days for your credit card to be refunded. If you are interested in an exchange, please call Customer service at 0121 788 5327 or mail webshop@skagendesigns.co.uk and have your order number ready to discuss.

Returns
Returns will be accepted if merchandise is unworn and still contains original tags and is in its original packaging. We will also accept the return of defective or incorrect merchandise based on the guidelines below.

Unworn Merchandise
Unworn Skagen Denmark products with the tags still attached and still in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of date of purchase for a refund of the purchase price.

Defective Merchandise
Defective products that are not performing as expected or exhibit damage not associated with normal wear will be accepted for return at anytime.

Incorrect Merchandise
If you received an item that you believe is incorrect based on the descriptions and other information that is provided on Skagen.com, please contact our Customer Service Team.
 
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, simply place another order for the desired item and return your item to us. As stated above, merchandise must be unworn and in the original packaging, and accompanied by the original packing slip, or a copy of your receipt

Because of the time involved in shipping and processing your return, we recommend placing a new order right away to ensure the item you want is in stock. Availability of items can change quickly. If you wait to place a new order until after your return is processed, items in your original order may no longer be available.
